Pre-Register for Medical Services at UAMS
If you are planning on coming to UAMS Medical Center for an inpatient or outpatient procedure, UAMS has provided a convenient, secure online service for pre-registration. Pre-registration is also available to OB patients registering for labor and delivery and for patients of certain UAMS clinics. Click here for list. Online pre-registration takes 10-30 minutes, and saves you time when you arrive for services at UAMS.

MD Link

MD-Link is an electronic system that will allow your non-UAMS physicians, and appropriate members of their staff, to view and access your UAMS electronic medical record. This electronic access allows your non-UAMS physicians to have a more timely and efficient method of accessing your UAMS health information for the purpose of providing your continued medical treatment. You may remove this access at any time by informing UAMS that you no longer want your physicians and their staff to have electronic access through MD-Link. Please complete the Patient Authorization Form and bring with you to your appointment.    

Please Note:  UAMS is a smoke-free institution, and after July 4, 2004, smoking will not be allowed in any building or outside on the grounds.
